The flight test team from Composite Aeronautics Group (CAG) of Zaragoza,Spain performed certification flight testing at Blue Ash Aviation just north of Cincinnati, Ohio at the Blue Ash Airport (KISZ). This is the main office for Toxo Aircraft North America. On March 28, 2008, CAG's US Representative, Amy Christian, received FAA certification of the Toxo as an S-LSA.
