Standard Airframe

The Toxo Sportster in its standard equipment version includes all the components that you have to pay as extras with other manufacturers. At CAG we believe that security should always be standard.

AIRFRAME MAIN COMPONENTS

CAG uses composites made from aeronautical materials, the same ones used by manufacturers of commercial aircrafts like Airbus and Boeing or military ones like the Stealth Project.

Wings and fuselage are built with prepreg glass and carbon fiber, using the honeycomb as structure. These composites yield the highest resistance, durability and eficiency and allow high speeds with moderate to low fuel comsuption.

The main and secondary wing beams are build as one hole piece from prepreg unidirectional carbon fiber to get the highest stregth and durability. With this high quality composite core CAG has developed an easy to use aircraft, secure to fly and fun to pilot!

FUEL TANKS

Fuel switch The Toxo is equipped with two large fuel tanks, one inside each wing, with a capacity of 13 US gallons each in the S-LSA version. The controls for the fuel system inside the cockpit have 3 positions for Left, Right and Off.

ELECTRIC FLAP SYSTEM

The Flap System is controled via an electronic mechanism from the cockpit with 4 positions: 0º, 10º, 20º and 30º. The installed electronics make posible to customize the different pitches for each pilot.
